HI EVERYONE!!

Welcome to my page!

My name is Ciannon Bailey! (you pronounce it 'shannon'..easy enough? good!)
Can you tell I'm new around here?? Well, I am. I just arrived yesterday, (that would be Wednesday) November 26. Mom and Dad were anxious to meet me and were very glad when I finally made it.

This is my Mom, before I was born. I'm in the picture too, just hiding!

And here's a pic of my Dad. He might look nervous, but he wasn't really...he was just anxious to see me. I had to keep my audience waiting just a bit!

My arrival took a while, I'm just not sure I was ready ..it's cold here ya know! We live in upstate NY and have snow already.
However, I finally did make it, with some protesting added for good measure!

PUT ME BACK!

I am getting weighed here and the grand total was 8lbs and 1 oz. See that stuff on my head?? It's hair!! Not much, but I DO have some!

They got me cleaned up a good bit and then, put a hat on my head and some oozy stuff in my eyes. Made things blurry for me to see that's for sure! I will say, the heater they put me under was pretty nice though!

After all that was over, I thought I was done, but NOoooo they had to get my footprints!

When they were all finished, Mom and Dad got to see me again but now I'm cleaned up and ready to meet my audience again.

Heres me and Mom..and she's getting to really hold me for the first time. It was nice!!

Dad snuck over too to take a good peek and wait his turn to hold me.

Here's me and my Dad. I like this family thing!

It was finally time to move into our new room. I was clean, fed and resting in my new temporary bed. Dad wheeled me across the hall and here we'll stay till I go home on Friday.

Today we are spending our first Thanksgiving together at the hospital, but I'll get to come home tomorrow. So look for some updates and new pictures in a day or two! Till then..have a GREAT THANKSGIVING! (I know I AM!)

OMG How precious is she? Gramma hurry and get lots and lots of kisses and squeezes in before you have to come back south. I guess you could just just put her in your suitcase and bring her down here where it's warm ;-)

Congratulations to Mom and Dad she is beautiful. I bet her and Brayden will have a ball at family gatherings soon!!

Kiss her for me too!
